Paul Jose Mavely, a 60-year-old man from Kerala has won a lottery of $1 million (around ₹8.5 crore) for the second time in the Dubai Duty-Free Millennium Millionaire competition. "Another millionaire moment-again!...Huge congratulations to Mr Mavely from India for winning his second US$1 million," Dubai Duty-Free posted on Instagram. Mavely first won $1 million lottery in November 2016.
