The 16-year-old Kerala boy was raped by 14 men across Kasaragod, Kannur, and Kozhikode over two years. After grooming him online, the accused assaulted him in hotels across Kasaragod, Kannur, and Kozhikode districts and in some cases, paid him after the abuse. Police have arrested nine so far and registered 14 POCSO cases based on his testimony.
