The Kerala Assembly have passed the Kerala Right to Public Service Bill to ensure timely government service delivery. The Bill allows fines on officials for delays, establishes a commission to act against earning staff, and mandates transparency in offices. "The Bill ensures a robust platform for addressing grievances, marking another step in people-centric governance," CM Pinarayi Vijayan said.
