Punjab Police have arrested Resham Singh, a key operative of the banned outfit Sikhs for Justice and a close aide of its US-based chief, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu. He was involved in vandalising Dr BR Ambedkar’s statue in Kharar, Punjab, and carrying out pro-Khalistan graffiti across Punjab.
