Sacked IAS officer Puja Khedkar's parents have allegedly switched off their phones as police continue their manhunt. The family members have also not made any online transactions since Sunday, an official said. Her father has been booked for kidnapping a truck driver, while her mother has been booked for obstructing police after she allegedly set dogs on them.
