In the death case of a 3-year-old-boy found in a train at Mumbai’s Lokmanya Tilak Terminus(LTT), police revealed that the child’s mother had filed a kidnapping complaint a day earlier in Surat's Amroli against her cousin, Vikash Shah, alleging to have abducted her son. Investigators suspect a link between the two cases. According to sources, this is the same boy reported missing on August 22.
