A video is going viral on social media, showing a group of children removing nuts and bolts from a Patna flyover, which was reportedly inaugurated by Bihar CM Nitish Kumar recently. The video shows a man stopping the kids, following which they ran away. The flyover was built by the Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation Limited for ₹422 crore.
