Utah Governor Spencer Cox said that Tyler Robinson, who has been arrested for allegedly killing US President Donald Trump's ally and conservative activist Charlie Kirk, is not cooperating with authorities. Cox stated that investigators are working to establish a motive for the shooting by talking to Robinson's friends and family. Robinson would be formally charged on Tuesday, Cox added.
