Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd (KMEW) has secured a ₹47.59 crore dredging contract from the Deendayal Port Authority (DPA) in Gujarat. The 12-month project, which involves dredging the Ghogha Ro-Ro Terminal to a depth of 6.8 metres, will be completed using the company's vessel, the River Pearl 8. An ace investor, Ashish Kacholia, holds 2.78% stake in the company.
