BLOs conducting the electoral roll revision exercise (SIR) could only trace 20,000 registered voters in Kolkata's Gulshan colony, which claims to have 2 lakh residents, a report shared by BJP's Amit Malviya said. Locals claim that 90% of the residents are Bangladeshis who aren't voters but have voter ID cards, the report added. TMC leaders reportedly helped them settle there.
