Kolkata police is buying 50 state-of-the-art breath analysers with an aim to curb drunk driving and reduce road accidents in festive season. These will be handed over to 26 traffic guards in the city. Device's memory contains ten thousand records, which include time, date, and alcohol content. Later, if a driver 'challenges' the police, this device will produce the record.
