South Kolkata Law College security guard Pinaki Banerjee has told police that Manojit Mishra, prime accused in the gang rape case, used college union room and guard's room for drinking alcohol. Mishra had instructed guards that his name and his friends' names should not be mentioned in register book while entering union room. Police confiscated register book as part of investigation.
