Actor Konkona Sen Sharma has supported Deepika Padukone's demand for an eight-hour shift in the film industry. "We need breaks from time to time...there should be more regulated working hours and at least one day off weekly," she stated. Konkona added that the industry should have humane working hours, as actors are not neurosurgeons dealing with life-and-death situations.
