Kravis Investment Partners on Thursday sold 3.67 crore shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures, Nykaa's parent company, for ₹629 crore. The shares were sold by Kravis through open market transactions. Mirae Asset Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, Goldman Sachs Investments Mauritius I Limited and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board were among the buyers that acquired these shares.
