Delhi CM Rekha Gupta was recently asked if she would allow comedian Kunal Kamra to perform in the national capital, where he might make a joke on PM Narendra Modi. Rekha responded, "He can come at his own risk." When asked how can Kamra come "at his own risk" and not at her assurance, she responded, "Right...I'll welcome you."
