Kwality Wall's (India) Limited (KWIL) has announced the formation of a new Board of Directors as it prepares to separate from Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL). The demerger, set to take effect on December 1, 2025, will pave the way for KWIL’s transition into an independently listed company.
