A preliminary laboratory analysis of the liquid from the bottle handed to Assistant Executive Engineer Sachin Gouda in Odisha revealed an ammonia concentration of 2.0 parts per million (PPM). This level is significantly higher than what is found in drinking water and strongly indicates urine contamination. The sample has been sent to a government lab in Paralakhemundi for further confirmation.
