A member of the Ladakh Buddhist Association (LBA) who, according to his family, was "depressed" after the detention of Sonam Wangchuk and last week's violence reportedly died by suicide at his house in Leh. The Leh police are yet to comment on the matter. The man is survived by two kids and wife.
