After the BJP shared a video purportedly showing RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav's feet near a portrait of BR Ambedkar during his birthday celebration, the Bihar Scheduled Caste Commission issued a notice to RJD chief. The commission has sought a written explanation from Yadav within 15 days and warned that failure to respond within stipulated time could invite legal action.
