World's second richest man Larry Ellison bought a centuries-old abandoned pub in Oxford called The Eagle and Child for $10.7 million (over ₹92 crore), Telegraph reported. The Oracle Founder hired architects to restore the pub's front rooms to their 19th-century appearance and turn back area into a fine-dining restaurant. The upper floors are set to become study and meeting spaces.
