As per a recent survey by Time Out, Las Vegas ranks number 1 on World's 20 best cities for nightlife. Madrid claimed the second spot with its strong nightlife scene with secret bars and clubs that stay open till dawn. Paris takes the third spot and India's Mumbai was placed 10th on the list.
