On Lata Mangeshkar's 96th birth anniversary, her brother Hridaynath Mangeshkar announced that one of the Asia's largest hospital would be built in Pune and named in her honour. The hospital will offer world-class healthcare, continuing the Mangeshkar family's legacy of service that began with Dinanath Mangeshkar Hospital. He revealed that the hospital will be constructed on 40-acre of land.
