Delhi High Court refused relief to an 18-year-old student who was late by six minutes and missed the Common University Entrance Test. The court stated, "Discipline of the examination ought to be maintained," adding that leniency could cause chaos. It noted that making exceptions could jeopardise the timely conduct of the exam and result announcements, affecting over 13 lakh candidates.
