Legendary singer Zubeen Garg, who died by drowning in Singapore, underwent a second post-mortem in Guwahati following public demand. Conducted at GMCH with AIIMS doctors present, the autopsy preceded preparations for his cremation at Kamarkuchi village, Sonapur, with full state honours. Thousands of grieving fans gathered at the Arjun Bhogeswar Baruah Sports Complex to pay their last respects.
