Rizwan, Gurugram lawyer who was arrested for allegedly spying and passing information to Pakistan's ISI, had two bank accounts and visited Punjab's Amritsar seven times to collect money, his friend Musharraf told police. Musharraf alias Parvez was earlier detained by police. Rizwan has admitted to collecting ₹41 lakh cash, which he had delivered to a man identified as Ajay Arora.
