A lawyer, identified as Jitendra Kumar Mahto, was shot dead in Bihar's Patna on Sunday. He succumbed to his injuries during treatment. Mahto was attacked while returning from his regular tea spot, police said, adding that three bullet shells were recovered from the scene. Notably, this is reportedly the fourth such killing in the state in the past 48 hours.
