The Bar Council of India has suspended advocate Rakesh Kishore from practice for throwing his shoe at Chief Justice of India BR Gavai on Monday. Security personnel had immediately intervened and escorted him out of courthouse. Kishore, who was upset over CJI's remarks on restoration of Lord Vishnu idol at Khajuraho, also shouted, "We'll not tolerate any insult to Sanatan."
