Lawyer Rakesh Kishore, who hurled a shoe at Chief Justice of India BR Gavai over his 'go ask Lord Vishnu' remark, was released after questioning. "No action has been taken against him as the Supreme Court office did not file any charges and asked for the lawyer to be released," an official said. His shoe and documents were also returned.
