The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has expelled Rakesh Kishore, the lawyer who tried to throw shoe at CJI BR Gavai over his Lord Vishnu remarks. The association has also revoked his entry card and barred him from entering the Supreme Court premises. Notably, the incident took place on Monday after which Kishore was detained by the police.
