Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday demanded Maoists to lay down their arms and surrender, or face being ‘wiped out”. He also criticised the ruling Congress and the BRS in Telangana, accusing both parties of corruption and misgovernance, and asserted that only a BJP-led ‘double engine’ government could ensure development in the State.
