South Korea's liberal party candidate Lee Jae-myung has won the Presidential elections, and Conservative Kim Moon-soo conceded defeat. "I will humbly accept the choice of the people...Congratulations to the elected candidate Lee Jae-myung," Moon-soo said. The snap elections were necessitated after Yoon Suk Yeol was impeached from office, following his decision to impose martial law.
