Lenskart's IPO filing revealed its Co-founder Sumeet Kapahi, who earned ₹2.24 crore in FY25, is unable to locate his Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree certificate from Delhi University. It said he has approached the university for a copy of his marksheet/certificate, but "there's no assurance that university will respond". "Reliance has been placed on certificates furnished by him," it added.
