LG Electronics India paid about ₹226 crore to five banks for its ₹11,607-crore IPO, while Tata Capital paid ₹159 crore in fees to 10 arrangers for its ₹15,512-crore issue, according to both prospectuses. Each of LG's banks received about ₹45 crore on average, almost triple the average for Tata. Both companies debuted on the stock market this week.
