Elena Rybakina became the first player to qualify for the semi-final of the WTA Finals 2025 by winning all of her matches in the Serena Williams group. Likewise, Aryna Sabalenka topped the Steffi Graf group by beating all of her opponents in the tournament. Jessica Pegula and Amanda Anisimova won two of their matches and made it to the semi-finals.
