A video from Darjeeling of a confrontation between a local resident and a group of tourists from Bihar over littering, has been doing the rounds on social media. The video shows a heated exchange between the local and tourists who threw a child's soiled diaper by the roadside. Before the argument could escalate, the tourist eventually picked up the waste.
