A video has surfaced online showing locals on a boat rescuing stranded puppies in Punjab's Kapurthala amid floods in the state. The people, who were wearing life jackets, were helped by other persons in taking puppies to a safe area. Notably, 30 people have died due to floods in the state in one week.
