Deepak Tilak, the great-grandson of Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak and the trustee editor of the Marathi newspaper Kesari, passed away on Wednesday. Tilak, who was in his 70s, reportedly died due to age-related ailments at his residence in Pune. "He successfully carried forward the legacy of Lokmanya Tilak through social initiatives," Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar said in his condolence.
