Lord Jagannath's Rath Yatra resumed for the second day on Saturday, as thousands of people pulled the ropes of the chariots of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra. Priests and devotees performed aarti for the three deities. The chariots are drawn towards the Gundicha Temple, where the deities reside for a week before returning to the Jagannath Temple.
