Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut criticised the BJP for alleging that former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray had accepted the Mashelkar Committee’s report on the three-language policy. "Lying is the BJP's national policy,” Raut said. He challenged the BJP to make the report public if Thackeray had submitted it and alleged that Hindi was "forcefully" discussed in the Cabinet.
