French President Emmanuel Macron's wife Brigitte Macron has appealed to France's top court after two women who claimed that she used to be a man were acquitted by a lower court. The women claimed Brigitte was named Jean-Michel Trogneux, who's actually her brother. Disinformation about Brigitte's gender has circulated for years fuelled by her 24-year age difference with Macron.
