Unilever's Magnum ice cream business is planning to use South American start-up NotCo's AI to reformulate its products. Magnum will use the AI to look at the calories in ice cream, make new plant-based products and help manage rising commodity costs, a company executive said. The AI will help analyse vast datasets on flavours, textures, and consumer preferences in US.
