MagSon Retail & Distribution Ltd acquired Magsons Supercentre for ₹30 crore on July 5, 2025, through a slump sale. The deal covers 12 retail outlets in Goa, a customer base of 1.25 lakh, and 150 employees. With a provisional turnover of ₹60.82 crore in FY25, the acquisition boosts MagSon’s presence. Payment will be made in multiple tranches.
