Maharashtra minister and BJP MLA Ganesh Naik took a dig at Shiv Sena's Eknath Shinde, saying that he had won a lottery, apparently referring to his appointment as the CM in 2022. "Not everyone has to win the lottery, but Shinde won it," he stated. Naik added, "What matters is how a person achieves a position...and common people observe this."
