The Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation (Maha-Metro) has invited bids for the Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) contract of Pune Metro’s Purple Line extension from PCMC to Nigdi. The 4.413 km stretch includes four elevated stations. The earnest money deposit (EMD) for the tender is ₹37,11,470. The existing Purple Line spans 16.59 km between PCMC and Swargate.
