Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Manikrao Kokate has sent a defamation notice to NCP (SP) MLA Rohit Pawar for posting a video showing him playing rummy in the Legislative Council. Pawar called the notice "funny" and said he had proof. Kokate demanded an unconditional apology within eight days, warning that legal action would be taken if Pawar failed to comply.
