MNS chief Raj Thackeray on Saturday claimed that Maharashtra is ahead of all Hindi-speaking states. He said, "All the Hindi-speaking states are behind us...still, we're being forced to learn Hindi. Why?" His remark came during a joint victory rally in Mumbai with cousin Uddhav Thackeray, after state government reversed its order mandating Hindi as a third language in primary schools.
