Mahindra Group has introduced a one-time ESOP grant for 12,000-14,000 employees, including shop floor workers for the first time. The move, driven by strong performance across auto and EV sectors, aims to promote broad-based wealth creation and productivity. Valued at ₹400-450 crore, the RSUs will reward employees' contributions and align them with the company's continued growth.
