Mahindra Lifespace Developers has been selected as the preferred development partner for a major residential redevelopment project in Matunga, Mumbai. Spanning 1.53 acres with a gross development value of around ₹1,010 crore, the project will transform the existing housing cluster with improved infrastructure, contemporary design, lifestyle amenities and connectivity.
