After the Faridabad terror bust, Major General Sudhakar Jee (Retd) warned that Pakistan's "bleeding India with thousand cuts" strategy could trigger a "Black Swan event", a sudden, high-impact terror strike. He said ISI-ISIS collaboration and cross-border networks pose rising threats, urging NIA and citizens to unite in countering Pakistan's design and strengthening national vigilance.
