Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi has alleged that West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is yet to respond to his letter from May 6 where he had requested her to refrain from branding Digha Jagannath Temple as 'Jagannath Dham'. “She is being arrogant. People will respond to her refusal. There cannot be a second Jagannath Dham,” Chief Minister Majhi said.
